Pakistan Army Aviation Mashak crashed in eastern Punjab nine km from Bahawalpur. Pilot was killed

Philippine Navy BRI-2A crash landed  at Brgy. Agojo,  8 km from the town of Panay, Capiz. All crew and passengers survived. Pilt suffered minor injuries.

Pakistan Air Force Mashak.crashed during landing at the Khalid Airbase, Quetta in northwestern Pakistan
Reports in media say the two crew ejected - [the Mashshak is NOT fitted with ejection seats]

SOUTH OSSETIAN CONFLICT [see Year Page 2008]
The situation and information of the losses on both sides of the conflict remains unclear

Four Russian aircraft reported shot down by Georgian forces :
three Su-25s and one Tu-22M(3R - ??)
Three Russian pilots / crew [two named and photos in media] in Georgian captivity, a fourth has been stated and named as killed [photos have been shown in media of the helmet and body]

No information on other three pilots -

One, possibly two Georgian Su-25 aircraft shot down. One Georgian pilot is said to have ejected. His fate is unclear - three versions have been reported in the media - ejected OK, ejected died of wounds - ejected injured, killed on ground
